Cisco will release a new Mastering Cisco Business Architecture Discipline exam (840-450 DTBAD) on November 15, 2017. This exam is also associated with a new Cisco Business Architecture Practitioner certificate.
Mastering the Cisco Business Architecture Discipline (840-405) exam is a 90-minute exam with 65-75 questions. It verifies candidates’ knowledge and skills in relation to:
The ability to create a customer journey map that takes you from the current state to your desired state
Analyzing the customer, the technology and the business journey of a engagement
Customer maturity and how it relates to a Business Architecture engagement
